Is US Bank part of the known issue titled: NEW 2/19/21 One Step Update Delays Followed by CC-501 Error
I just want to make sure it's being looked at. I've been having trouble with US Bank for a few weeks now and it sometimes works but most of the time returns the CC-501 error.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
If running a One Step Update also takes a long time to load before you receive the CC-501 error code, then yes, that would be part of the Alert you found posted here in the Community.
Otherwise, please review this support article regarding error CC-501.
As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely be required to file an escalation in order to have it successfully resolved.
