I tried adding Venmo for a NEW Quicken file, and received a CC-502.

In that case, then I recommend that you reach out to Quicken Support instead. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to investigate the root cause of the issue and will likely be required to file an escalation in order to have it successfully resolved.
