How do I install the Quicken Windows when I have a subscription.?

I have had this subscription for three renewals and it is not on my computer because I can't download it.  I have never used it although I would like to.

Whenever I download it I get a "Failed - Virus scan failed" message on the Quicken.exe  square that pops up. I can never get it downloaded.
