How do I install the Quicken Windows when I have a subscription.?

I have had this subscription for three renewals and it is not on my computer because I can't download it. I have never used it although I would like to.

To install Quicken for Windows, I suggest you download and open: https://download.quicken.com/windows/Quicken.exe0

@Skyrsk8r - You say you cannot download the Quicken program? Please provide some additional detail. What happens when you try to download it?

Whenever I download it I get a "Failed - Virus scan failed" message on the Quicken.exe square that pops up. I can never get it downloaded.0
