Why did quicken delete the category already entered for transactions on 2 credit card accounts?

Quicken deleted the categories I had entered on 30 transactions on 2 credit card accounts. It appears it happened to all transactions with certain merchants.

Are you using either "Q on the Web" or the "Q Mobile App" on your phone.Strange things, such as you describe, have been known to happen when using either.

Thank you for the response and the additional details.If you are not using the mobile or web application, let's double-check to make sure that the sync is disabled. To do please navigate to Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web, there will be an on-off toggle. If enabled, please disable the sync.
If the sync is already disabled, can you please verify the file location? Storing an active data file on a cloud or network drive may cause the behavior you have described.

Done. We'll see if it happens again now. It has not happened since. I have now lost a feature, when will this be corrected so I have mobile access?0
