Quicken Servers Unavailable

When trying to perform an OSU, a pop-up window appears saying "Quicken Servers are unavailable please try again in 10 minutes."  When checking membership status the same pop-up appears saying wait 1 hour. This issue has been going on since 6:30 MST, Sunday 18 April.  Beta Version R43.2  Build 27.2.43.2
