Online and Quicken Balances do not match

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭✭
I've seen this posted but my problem is the reverse of most people. My online balance is accurate and the quicken balance is wrong so I can't reconcile. Any way to update or reset/ignore the Quicken balance?
