Sam's Club Personal Credit Account - not updating

For about 3 months now my Sam's Club Personal Credit Account is not updating.
I have disconnected the service then re-connected and it finds the account fine. But it will not download any transactions. "CC-501 Unable to update these account because of an error"

    If you haven't already, please take a moment to review this error-specific support article regarding error CC-501.

    As stated at the bottom of the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to investigate the root cause of the error and file an escalation in order for it to be resolved.
