Mortgage account

I set up a mortgage account a couple of years ago, at some point recently I must have converted it to an account that is updated by the bank, I know now that was not the thing to do because I cannot see any payment details. I tried to set up a manual account and then delete the online account as per another post on this site. The old mortgage account says there are 12 transactions to review, per the little red flag, but when I click on that to review nothing happens. I cannot deactivate the old mortgage account until I clear the 12 transactions. Is there a way to clear these transactions that I am missing?

I suggest you check the Automatically add to bank registers preference: select Edit > Preferences...
After you've set the preference, exit and reopen Quicken, attempt to complete the conversion to the offline loan account, and you may restore the preference.0 -
