Resetting Capital One Account

We recieved a new card due to fraud and that stopped our downloads When I went to reset the account Capital 1 wanted to create a new account entirely and did not give me the option to download into the current account How can I fix this since it is actually the same account

Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
If you haven't already, could you please try deactivating the account(s) experiencing this issue and then reactivating through Add Account (not through Set Up Now), please?
Please, follow the instructions found in this support article to deactivate. Once deactivated, to reactivate through Add Account, navigate to Tools > Add Account..., search for your Financial Institution name and follow the prompts to connect. Once your account(s) have been found, be sure to link them to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.

I am using download of Home Business and Rental . I have tried to reset and then I tried 3 times to deactivate and reactivate the account It just wants to add an additional account not combine it with my prior account0

In your case I do recommend contacting Quicken Support via phone and sharing your screen with one of our support reps, if you feel comfortable doing so, to have the matter looked at and hopefully fixed promptly. I'll leave our hours down below so you can find a time that works best for you.
