New Amex account won't save password

Update dialog keeps prompting for password but never saves it, even if I check the Save box, and click Apply.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?
- Help > About Quicken
To start with, if you haven't already, could you please try deactivating the account(s) experiencing this issue and then reactivating through Add Account (not through Set Up Now)?
Please, follow the instructions found in this support article to deactivate. Once deactivated, to reactivate through Add Account, navigate to Tools > Add Account..., search for your Financial Institution name and follow the prompts to connect. Once your account(s) have been found, be sure to link them to the existing account(s) you have already set up in Quicken.

No I haven't tried the usual deactivate/activate as was trying to avoid the simple reboot option. Why doesn't this just work? It's a known bug then?
So I reactivated it and that fixed it without a catastrophic download of old transactions that has happened in the past.

Thanks, but how can I be one major behind with autoupdate on? I checked for updates and Q says I am on the latest release.....0
You aren't one major release behind (incorrect statement by @UKR even though the suggestion to update is probably the right thing to do). R33.19 is in staged release mode. It isn't released for automatic updates to everyone yet.
