Quicken can't update my transactions from navy federal credit union.

Hi @KarinS2!Are you receiving an error code when you try to update? If so, what code is being reported? If you aren't getting a code, as part of the update process are you receiving the two factor authorization request and completing that process successfully? Any additional info you can provide will help.Frankx

I am not receiving an error code nor it is asking for the 2 step process.0

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
