Quicken can't update my transactions from navy federal credit union.

It says it is updated but it really isn't.

    Are you receiving an error code when you try to update?  If so, what code is being reported?  If you aren't getting a code, as part of the update process are you receiving the two factor authorization request and completing that process successfully?  Any additional info you can provide will help.

    I am not receiving an error code nor it is asking for the 2 step process.

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
