Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Trying to use Quicken mobile and I can't access my credit union accounts. Is this a knnown issue? If so, is there a projected correction date? Credit card info from another company comes thru fine

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
Do you happen to also experience error CC-501 on your Quicken desktop program for these credit union accounts? If so, then this is in fact a known issue for which we have opened an escalation ticket with our service provider. Though we do not have an ETA on when a resolution will be available, please refer to this open Community Alert for updates while the investigation remains ongoing.
