Citibank credit card transactions not downloading - cc-501

I found that Quicken hasn't been downloaded Citibank credit card transactions since mid may. I tried deactivating/reactivating the account and am now getting cc-501 errors. An interest transaction in my Citi savings account has downloaded after credit card transaction downloads stopped.

As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely be required to file an escalation in order to have it successfully resolved.

Which Citi bank website are you accessing?
For my Citi Costco VISA card, "Citi Cards" works best as the Financial Institution Name.

I called Quicken support this morning and showed the problem (slightly different symptoms were produced). We tried creating the account again following almost exactly what I had done. It worked this time - problem solved.0
