Reconciling account transaction not coming up

Running Windows ver 33.24. Trying to reconcile. I have one transaction withing the date range showing as cleared but does not show in the reconcile screen. My balance is off by that amount. How do I fix this?

Is that particular transaction a real register transaction or is it a past due reminder, still waiting to be executed (converted into a real register transaction)?

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
