l have a 2016 Quicken product that does not appear in my account. Any ideas?

Other than the fact that Q 2016 is expired and no longer supported, did you order and install using the same Quicken ID back in 2016 that you are trying to look into now?
If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them help you with Quicken account issues.

@Tartag I was able to check with someone from Quicken, who confirmed what @UKR mentioned: Quicken no longer provides downloads of versions of old, unsupported software like Quicken 2016.
Did your computer die, or did you switch computers? Just wondering why you're looking to download Quicken 2016.
To the best of my knowledge, you might have two paths forward: (1) Find someone selling an older version of Quicken 2016. (2) Purchase a one-year subscription to the current Quicken and update your data to the latest version.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930
