Reminder to sync not working

    I am having the same issue and also tried the suggestions from previous posts with no success. I am on Quicken Starter Edition Version R34.24, Build 27.1.34.24. This function worked before with this same version - just stopped working recently.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with reminder to sync not working properly. I'm wondering here what might of caused it to stop working since the recent update. To start off here first thing we can attempt is to reset the alerts so this way we should ideally see it pop up again. To do so you'll want to go across the top to edit > preferences > Alerts and Messages > reset Quicken Warnings.

    Once you get a chance to try to reset the warnings let us know if you're able to get it to pop up again. If not we'll see what we can attempt next to resolve the issue.

    was this ever resolved? I have the same issue (but only on one file..the other works as it should). The suggestion from Quicken was to purge data from the file....

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community, however, since this is an older post that was originally created back in July of 2021, it is less likely to receive an answer now.

    I would suggest creating a new post for better visibility and to potentially receive responses from other users who may currently be experiencing the same problem. Doing so will also assist us with better tracking ability in the event that this issue may result in an escalation being required.

    Please be sure to include a description of the issue, any error messages (if applicable) as well as the version of Quicken you have currently running (Help > About Quicken). The more information you are able to provide will help the Community to better understand and assist.
