How can I upgrade my Quicken version ?

I'm in Brazil and cannot inform a US Zipcode. The page don't allow me to conclude the payment.....

    While the zip code MUST be a valid US zip code ... it doesn't have to actually be yours.  I'm suggested many times before that a foreign user of Q instead input the zip code of their embassy in DC.
