Citi Cards Error CC-502
Henry G Betts Member ✭✭
Sept 25, 2021 - Ticket #8758877 - This ticket has been open for more than 2 weeks. I still cannot connect to Citi. Why is this not being fixed? Do I need to contact Citi and lean on them?

cc-502 error persists for Citi as of 12/06/21.0

Chris_QPW Member ✭✭✭✭For Citi Credit cards, one should be using "Citi Cards" as the financial institution instead of "Citibank" and selecting Direct Connect in the Advanced Options instead of using Express Web Connect.
Deactivate the account for downloading: right click on the account name in the Account bar -> Edit/Delete account -> Online Services tab -> Deactivate
Next make sure you authorize this on the Citi Cards website.
Profile -> More Settings -> Manage Desktop Apps -> Add Access (it gives you 10 minutes from this point) The direct URL is: https://citi.com/datamanagement
Back in Quicken:
Tools -> Add Account
On the next dialog be sure to link to your existing account.
On the Citi Cards website, the counter will not stop when you are connected. Just go back one screen after the connection is made. Note the access is per data file.Signature:
