you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry
to hear that you are experiencing issues with your file. I'd like to see what would happen if we were to create a copy of your file then try validating that new file. This should give us a better idea of what could be happening. I'll leave steps down below on how to do so. It'll be the fourth step down on the article.
Note: to copy the file you can do so by going file > copy or backup file. For validating you'll go file > validate and repair.

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window
showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect
your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s)
save images to files of file type PNG,
JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.
