SEFCU (NYS) and CC-501

SEFCU changed its digital platform and Quicken hasn't been able to access those accounts since. I just spent 2 hours on the phone with SEFCU support and nothing worked. Windows 10; Chrome browser (if that matters); HP laptop; Spectrum internet; R36.23; Quicken Deluxe.

    As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely be required to file an escalation if they see fit.
