Renaming rules problems

Anyone else all of a sudden not getting their renamed payees loaded into their register properly. Unless I I screwed something up, the names just aren't changing to the renaming rules!

Well for what it is worth I can't see why all of a sudden starting on 11/23 it stopped doing the renaming.

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

Please save images to files of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

Thanks for answering. First, can you tell me in Preferences what should be checked, and why? I feel Quicken help with Renaming rules is lacking!

You have the right preference set: "Use existing renaming rules".

As for the rest, show the renaming rule, show the transaction in the register that isn't getting renamed, and be sure to have the Downloaded Payee and Downloaded Memo column on.

The settings are OK.
Can you show me an example of what's downloaded and what Renaming Rules and Memorized Payee List entries you have that should be applied?

the bottom 2 King Soopers came through as Visa CC ....... Also when, when not to use lock. I'm dealing with dementia, so patience appreciated

Looked and looked in help for some explanations about Memorized Payees, and Renaming rules, how to use them and how they work. There isn't much, and what there is, is not very informative and unable to print. It's kind of sad!
