Suntrust stopped working on 11/29 and I added Truist and selected to link accounts. Now I have two separate accounts and cannot run yearly reports. Is there a way to merge the data. Thanks

    Hello @mhecht157,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

Though there isn't a way to "merge" accounts per see, you do have the ability to move transactions from one account to another, please follow the instructions provided below.
    1. Click and "hold" the transaction you wish to move
    2. Drag and drop (aka let go of) the transaction to the account name you wish to move it to in the left Account List sidebar
You can also do this with multiple transactions at once. To select multiple transactions; click one transaction to highlight (select) it, then hold Shift on your keyboard and click another transaction to select everything in between, or hold Command and click on individual transactions one by one, then drag any of the highlighted transactions and drop them on the destination account.

    I hope this helps!

My problem is I cannot get Truist to show all of the transactions for this account, it only shows from September. Actually, this is happening on all of my accounts. I cannot see in Quicken where it can command the bank server to download all available transactions or within a specific date range.

Quicken downloads what a financial institution makes available for download. In most cases, that's 90 days of history, but it can vary. Quicken has no control over this; Quicken will download as much history as the financial institution provides.

In some cases, the bank may allow you to download a file with transactions going back a year or even more. As long as they provide such a download in Quicken's QFX format, you can import the file into Quicken. You'll have to check with your financial institution to see if they provide file downloads for Quicken.
