This issue with duplicated accounts can be frustrating. Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community. Normally, you would 'merge' accounts by moving the transactions from one account into another after disconnecting them from online services, however there are certain extenuating circumstances in play currently when it comes to Charles Schwab accounts.

For starters, what kind of accounts are we dealing with? Are any of these credit card or investment accounts? Are you noticing duplicate transactions within either of the duplicate accounts? Were you migrating your accounts recently, or converting from Mac to Windows?
