hey all! i found a solution through a problem with another card. please follow the link, hope this works for you. disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts was not enough, the password had to be eliminated from the keychain per the steps advised on this thread by 'Quicken Jasmine' https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20248047#Comment_202480471
