Can’t log into the app

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
iPhone 13 Pro. I cannot log into the app. App and iOS is up to date. Have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Have restarted iPhone. App just sticks on login page saying, “Enter Quicken Passcode.”
