Backup Quicken R37.66 Windows not saving Banking download credentials

I updated to the latest version and can finally download my banking info but when I backed up the file, the password file was empty and all the banking credentials removed. What gives?

    Are you sure you are using Backup, and not Copy?

    They recently changed copy so that it purposely disables all the online services.

    Unless you're using the Direct Connect connection method, the banking credentials are not maintained in the Password Vault.

    To prevent any confusion of whether you are doing a backup or a copy, use Ctrl-B to bring up the backup screen directly.
