We’ve been waiting for a really long time for Quicken to realize that there is a lot of trading going on on the NEO (now CBOE) exchange.

Please support the NEO Exchange. Lots of us need to update our CDRs regularly.

Please support Neo Exchange. The lag time in implementing the support for the NEO Exchange speaks loudly.

We shouldn't have to vote on this, it should have been implemented without begging quite some time ago. In addition there should have been regular communications to quicken users about it.

Hello All,
The status of this Idea has been changed to Under Consideration as it has reached enough votes and has been submitted to our Product and Development team for further review.
Thank you!

Please add NEO to the Canadian Exchanges so we can download tickers and stock prices. The picture below may help

Need suport for the CBOE exchange (formerly NEO). Thanks.

I can't believe that Quicken does not support the CBOE Canada exchange. There are major stocks and ETFs that trade on that exchange. Please add this functionality.

Quicken , not acceptable to not have NEO exchange. Just read some of the latest development: Fidelity Investments Canada Returns to Cboe Canada for Launch of 7 New ETFs and ETF Series. please see this page.

Sorry I'm quite late to this discussion. What does "under consideration" mean? Please add my vote if it is still possible.
I usually try to figure things out on my own so I rarely check the community. In this case I have been frustrated for several years by the inability to track my NEO investments on Quicken Canadian version.

The ideas have to get a certain number of votes before they will even be submitted to the development group for implementation.
"Under consideration" means it has got past that hurdle. The next level would be "Planned", if the development group has actually put it into their future plans to implement. More votes might help their decision (or maybe not even affect it for all I know). You can vote on the original idea on page one (the box with the number in it).

Still nothing. Why? Does it require an expensive feed cost to make it happen? I was told not enough users in Canada to implement it. I guess we assume that everyone uses Quicken, but in reality, There must be a limited number of us actively trading and using Quicken. I do wonder though, because all the other platforms implemented CDR's as soon as they came out.

I have many stocks on the NEO exchange that my financial planner has purchased for me and I can't use Quicken to download. Please Support NEO Exchange.

I'd be a lot happier about the newly announced increase in subscription rates if I didn't have to do so much manual work to get my accounting correct because Quicken Canada has not yet added a feed for the NEO (now CBOE) exchange.

Agreed. Please add NEO! This is a significant miss. And more helpful guidance on how to add symbols for canadian preferred shares would be appreciated. This is always a mystery and symbols differ by provider. For example BN-X vs BN.PR.X or BN.PF.X or TSE:BN-X ?? I end up trying them all until I find one that works with the correct price.

Thanks for the suggestions about the preferred shares. I managed to get prices for 4 prefs that I couldn't figure out before.

It is a shame! Please add NEO as soon as possible. Using Quicken for more than 30 years for investment purposes.

Neo and Cboe was opened in 2015. After 9 years, it is inconceivable that Quicken, whose specialty purports to be financial and exchange tracking still has not added the NEO or CBOE exchanges to the Canadian version.
Please add these so that users don't have to manually update prices on stocks like Apple and Amazon for example that they hold, and then have to pay Quicken for doing what it should automatically be doing already. Like many decades long and loyal Quicken Canada customers, we Canadians have become totally dispensable to this increasingly US focused company. From their website -
"Launched in 2015 as the NEO Exchange, and acquired by Cboe Global Markets in 2022, Cboe Canada is the third most active marketplace in Canada, consistently representing close to 15% of all volume traded in Canadian-listed securities. Cboe Canada offers a marketplace that is home to over 260 unique public listings, including public companies, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Canadian Depositary Receipts™ (CDRs), Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), and Closed-End Funds (CEFs). Cboe Canada-listed securities market data is available to all investors in real-time."

I'll add my name to the list, please support for NEO/CBOE. I just purchased a CDR and I am surprised that now I have to update this manually. Been using Quicken for over 25 years!

J'ajouterai mon nom à la liste, veuillez soutenir NEO/CBOE. J'ai des CDR depuis plus d'un an et toujours pas de possibilité de suivre nos placement !

Please do the right thing Quicken and add support for the Canadian NEO/CBOE exchange. More than 30 years I have been using Quicken, and this is a serious issue for me. More than 20% of my investments are done using CDRs listed on the NEO/CBOE exchange. I have started looking for an alternative to Quicken. I suspect others are considering other options as well. If you can't keep your product relevant then it will wither and die.

Please add support for Canadian NEO/CBOE Exchange ASAP. The list of securities available on these exchange grows steadily. It is past the time when Quicken adds them before loosing subscriptions.
