Account Updates Not Processing

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Several of my accounts have stopped updating when performing a One Step and individual account Updates. I'm on Quicken Deluxe version R38.29. This has been occurring for a few weeks now. Anyone experiencing this issue? Any suggestions on how to correct are appreciated.

Without knowing any error messages you might be getting, it is kind of hard to advise you.Have you searched this forum for Alerts by the Quicken Moderators for the specific financial institutions that are failing to see if it is a known problem.?

Sadly not receiving any errors and the lack of account updates is for more then one but not all accounts.0

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer and the download log file (OFXlog), to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
