credit card account that will not sync with cloud

I recently developed a syncing problem with a credit card account that will not sync with cloud, all of my other accounts still sync as normal. Quicken ask me to refresh and try again, what does quicken mean by refresh and how do I o it?

If you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the refresh message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. or - Do you mean Sync to the Quicken Cloud for Quicken on the Web and Quicken Mobile App ?
