one step update: one or more of my accounts at a single institution fail every time CC-800

Error Message When Updating Accounts: CC-800 occurs EVERY time I run onestep update. It usually takes 2 or more iterations through 'fix it'. This is SUPER annoying. Every time it reports 1 or more accounts are no longer at the institution. After a couple of iterations with fixit, the download is complete. Then the next time: CC-800

Just tried again this AM after quicken update. The issue is still consistent. Is there by chance a limit on the number of accounts at a single institution?

When I try to resync, I get "<account> was not found at Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union" Followed by 'success' - but no data downloaded. Changed the account name on the Host, then in Quicken. rinse repeat

Looking in FIDIR.TXT, which records ALL of the FIs that have agreements with Q/Intuit to download, I see 2 entties for Mayo.  Which are you using, and have you tried the other?

    12054    12054    12054    Mayo Employees FCU    https://www.mayocreditunion.org/    1-800-535-2129    https://olb.mayocreditunion.org/Authentication/    ACTIVE         BANKING&WEB-CONNECT         BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT    NOT_QBP    NA
    14493    14493    14493    Mayo Employees Fed CU    http://www.mayocreditunion.org/    507-535-1460    https://mayocreditunion.mycardinfo.com/    ACTIVE         CREDIT&WEB-CONNECT         BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT    NOT_QBP    NA

I'm not sure, but it's possible that the 2nd entry is for credit card accounts,  You could also try calling the Mayo phone numbers and asking them what the difference is.

OK, so WHICH Mayo is having the problem?  And, are you using the other?

12054 is the one with the problem. I tried 14493 but only returns CC info. 12054 returns all account info, including CC
