Getting a cc-502 for Optum Financial

Been getting error code cc-502 and the message "Quicken can't add this account because the Optum Financial website is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few hours. Thank you for your patience"

This has been going on for over a week. Additionally, I am able to login directly on the Optum Financial website with no problems.

Can someone at Quicken take a look at this issue

As stated in the article, if the steps are unsuccessful, then after 24 hours or more, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to find the internal error and file for an escalation.
