Getting a cc-502 for Optum Financial

Been getting error code cc-502 and the message "Quicken can't add this account because the Optum Financial website is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few hours. Thank you for your patience"

This has been going on for over a week. Additionally, I am able to login directly on the Optum Financial website with no problems.

Can someone at Quicken take a look at this issue
