Cannot update transactions for Fidelity Investments VISA Credit Card

I've had a Fidelity VISA card for a long time. I was always able to update transactions via Quicken until 2 weeks ago.. Elan Financial Services is the processor for the card. Live Update tells me that my login information is incorrect. I verified that my UserID & password are correct. I don't understand why this is happening. Has something changed at Elan Financial Services? Can you please help?

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What version of Quicken are you using? You can see this by going to Help>About Quicken. Do you receive any sort of error code or message when trying to update your accounts? What Connection Method are you using with Fidelity? You can see the Connection Method by navigating to Tools menu in the upper left > Account List > Edit > Online Services.
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Fidelity account(s) to see if the same error occurs. Below are instructions on how to create a test file:- Choose File menu > New Quicken File.
- Select New Quicken File.
- Click OK.
- In the File name field, enter the name of the new file, then click Save. Use a name like "Test File" to tell it apart from your main file.
Don't use any of these characters: * ? < > | " : \ / (asterisk, question mark, left and right-angle bracket, pipe, straight quotation marks, colon, BACKSLASH, FORWARD SLASH). Also, don't add the .qdf extension; Quicken does that for you.- Sign in with your Quicken ID. If you are prompted to create a Quicken ID but already have one, click Sign In under the Create Account prompt.
- Select to not use Mobile.
- Click Add Account to start adding accounts to the new file.
After adding accounts, see if you are experiencing the same problems in this test file.

@ConnieB When you do TOOLS, Account List does Elan Financial show in the "Financial Institution" column opposite this account?Also, at that same location, what shows in the "Transaction Download" column for the account?
