Why isn't "WBDWV" stock recognized ? ( WarnerBros/Discovery)

I tried to add the new security for WanerBros/Discovery (WBDWV) and Quicken cannot find it.
Where does Quicken gets its quotes and securities, I thought it was Yahoo but Yahoo does have this security listed so Quicken should see it
Anything to be done about this ?
( I undersatnd it is the first trading day for that stock )

Have you tried just WBD? That's working in the Windows version today.Quicken uses some 3rd party source for quotes, splits, etc. and it's unclear where they're pulling their information from.1

Thanks that did work
I suppose WBDWV was just a temporary stock symbol since April 5th
Thanks again Tom0 -
I'm showing, at Fidelity, that WBDWV is a "when issued" security. Meaning that as of yet there IS no info about it. I get nothing about it from Fidelity.

I also used WBDWV and now want to change that symbol to WBD. Is there an easy way to globally change symbols for all those transactions?0

@nickw, TOOLS, Security List, click on the Security name and click "EDIT DETAILS" a bit of the way down the left column. You don't need to change each transaction ... just the security itself.

The question was asked in a Quicken Mac thread, so rather than Tools > Security List in Quicken Windows, it's Window > Securities in Quicken Mac.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930
