CC-502 Error for citi.com

I have been getting this error message while attempting to downloading my citibank info for a week. Is there work in place to fix the issue with Citibank?

    Same issue - Windows 10 using Quicken Premier (2022). Login to Citi via their website is no problem so it isn't a username or password issue.
