PNC Quicken connect for mac

I have not been able to upload or connect to PNC bank for the past 36 hours.

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your PNC Bank account(s).
Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What version of Quicken are you running? You can see this by navigating to Quicken > About Quicken. What Connection Method are you using with PNC Bank? You can see this by navigating to Settings in the bottom right corner > Downloads > Connection Type. Do you receive any sort of error message or code when attempting to update your account(s)?

The Quicken Version is Version 6.6.2 (Build 606.43218.100)
Connection type is Quicken connect
It says at the top "There is a problem downloading transactions to this account"
I tried to reconnect and it fails every time.
