PNC Quicken Connect connection issue

Quicken connect cannot connect to my PNC checking or savings accounts. Error FI_Timeout FDP-102.

    I am having the same issue. I haven't been able to connect to PNC Checking or Savings for the last 6 days. Why this problem with PNC Bank when everything else works?

    I didn't mention that the error code I am getting is cc501
