Navient and Capital One unable to connect for eBilling

Navient and Capital One are able to connect for account updates, but not for eBilling.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing trouble.
In regard to Capital One Online Biller; Unfortunately, Capital One is currently unavailable to be added as an Online Biller. For information regarding this, please refer to this Community Alert.
As for Navient; could you please elaborate and provide as much detail as possible regarding what happens when you attempt to add/connect with this Online Biller? Please include any specific error messages and/or codes, if applicable.
