Scrolling in the Main Transaction view is working more awkwardly.

Running Windows 11 / QW version 40.13 Build 27.1.40.13
In the main window, initially scrolling the transactions only scroll the first row and the bottom row. clicking on a transaction (above/below the current date bar), duplicates the display of the current row.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, changed view options, still the same problem
