Unable to upgrade quicken mac from starter to deluxe

Hi,
I have quicken mac starter edition and have been trying to upgrade it to the deluxe so I can use the investment feature. However, whenever I click on the upgrade option on the app or website, the arrow is greyed out and is not allowing me to upgrade. Please help how can I upgrade from starter to deluxe?
