Accessing American Lake Credit Union

I continue to get error code cc501. Contacting Quicken Support only gets some vague promise to work on it. Then they say that if I follow Quicken Community, at some vague time in the future they'll post their findings/resolution. Any ideas and/or similar experiences with American Lake Credit Union?

    I could find no other info, in this community about American Lake CU.
    Did you contact REAL Q support, or something that you found on the net?
