Accessing American Lake Credit Union

Question

I continue to get error code cc501.  Contacting Quicken Support only gets some vague promise to work on it.  Then they say that if I follow Quicken Community, at some vague time in the future they'll post their findings/resolution.  Any ideas and/or similar experiences with American Lake Credit Union?

I could find no other info, in this community about American Lake CU.Did you contact REAL Q support, or something that you found on the net?Contact Q Support by clicking, in your Q, HELP, Contact Quicken Support. Your support options are near the middle of the page.
