asks if entry is current payment every time in credit card register

every time I enter an expense in my credit card register it asks me if this is the current months payment. Why does it ask me every time and how do I get it to stop. If it was a payment I would input it as that.

    To clarify; are you entering these transactions manually in the register or accepting downloaded transactions? Also, if you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
