Wells Fargo Advisors - No Transactions Downloaded

My problem is that ,while using the subscription for Quicken,I have no transactions downloaded on three Wells Fargo investment accounts since 2/05/21. We’ve been busy, but I’ve tried many times to cure this and it is still no working0

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this error with your Wells Fargo Advisors accounts not downloading any transactions.
We do currently have an Ongoing Active Alert regarding transactions not downloading with Wells Fargo Advisors. You may follow this link in order to access and bookmark the alert to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.
