Quicken cannot access your accounts at USAA Federal Savings Bank: General Error

Since the recent Quicken Deluxe (Mac) update to Version 6.7.1 (Build 607.44146.100), I receive the following error message when trying to sync USAA accounts: "Quicken cannot access your accounts at USAA Federal Savings Bank. General Error."

I have reset the accounts and re-entered the correct credentials to no avail (using Direct Connect).
