I remember printing the checks on my dot matrix printer before Bill Pay. I finally resolved to using PNC's own bill pay service because the stores will undoubtedly charge interest for late payments. With all the digital logs available to Quicken and PNC, this problem could probably be resolved in a few hours. Given the number of OL393 complaints from multiple banks, there is probably a common cause.
