Is it possible to automatically add tags to new items when an account is updated?

Hello,

Is there a way to automatically enter tags for new transactions upon updating an account? For example, when a husband and wife have separate credit card accounts, and the tags serve to denote ownership and are used to generate separate reports by tag. All transactions in each account will always have the same tags.

Please let me know if there is hope for help, or if tags will need to be added for the new transactions. Thanks for any help.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

Unfortunately, Quicken for Windows does not currently offer the ability to automatically add tags to transactions upon updating online accounts.

However, if you wish to request this feature be added in the future, what you can do is create an idea post. This way other users who have the same or a similar request can vote on your idea.

Our Development and Product teams frequently use our idea posts in order to improve Quicken and implement new features requested by customers.
