Transaction Download Method

I want to download using Web Connect. When I activated the accounts, I did not get a choice as to the method, and it defaulted to Express Web Connect. How can I get the option to choose Web Connect. I have tried deactivating and reactivating, but the result is always the same. I want to force it to Web Connect.

If the account is in a "de-activated" (for One Step Update) state, the easiest way is to download the Web Connect .QFX file and import it. Quicken will ask if it should "add" an account or "link" an existing account. Choose "link" and the correct account, the next import should work without a hitch.

Web Connect is only a download option if your bank/card/etc offers it. If you name the various FI's (as they're known to Q) we can look up whether they offer WC,Some, for example Fidelity Investments, offer Direct Connect, but not Web Connect.

Thank you for your response. It is Chase Bank. I have been using Web Connect for my credit card with them for years. When I added a checking and savings account, they all came back as Express Web Connect (i.e., it changed my credit card from Web Connect to EWC when I added the other accounts).0
