When I download an account all I receive is the "one step summary" pop up but no transactions are listed, started about 1 week ago and I'm using Quicken R41.10 on Win 10 and the Build is 27.1.41.1.0... any options?

    Hello @Tour Guide,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.

    I hope this helps!

Thanks for your suggestion, tried it and no luck, there are other issues from downloading from Tangerine.ca. I'll pursue later. Thanks for your time

The issue lies with Tangerine.ca and the generation of the QFX file, it downloads to my desktop and when clicked on-no transactions are entered into quicken, all I get is a pop-up window of the 1-step update summary. My other banks and credit cards have no issues with inserting Quicken transactions. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?? I'm using Quicken.ca Deluxe R41.10 on Win 10 desktop. I have re-installed the quicken program and also shutdown all security software and still no luck on transactions from Tangerine.ca ... Appreciate any comments.

Note that you can edit the QFX file and see if there are any transactions in it (Notepad is fine).

If there isn't then only the financial institution can fix this problem.  You need to complain to them.
