Transactions recorded in register are not being picked up in RECONCILE REPORTS

I am operating with the latest update for Q Home & Business. I cannot get recent debits & credits to show up in my reconciliation report. I deleted those transactions, then re-entered them with no success. Then I reverted to a previous backup and re-entered those transactions that were not current. I tried again to reconcile, and they were still not showing up. I can't get service from Quicken, either with chat or live (yesterday)
