CC-502 error for Costco Citi Card

Continually get an error message and can't download my charges to quicken.

    As of July 19, 2022 I can't update my Costco Card with quicken, it gives me the CC-502 error messge.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with your Costco Citi Card.

    We do currently have an Ongoing Active Alert regarding users receiving a CC-502 error message with their CitiBank accounts. You may follow this link to access that FAQ where you may bookmark the alert in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.

    You should be able to setup the Costco Citi Card account to use the Direct Connect connection method with Citi Cards as the financial institution.
