OL-303-A error Wells Fargo Citibank

Recently I started getting OL-303-A errors when sending payments to Citibank Credit Cards. I'm able to send payments to other payess. This did work for years.

    If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving?
